JOB DESCRIPTION We're looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing team in the Consumer Beauty France division.

Reporting to a marketing manager, you will get to assist in developing the 4P strategy across the French market with a focus on Bourjois in Monoprix and selective distribution Areas of support needed which have been so far identified:

Be owner of Bourjois brand (#1 for consumer beauty france, #3 in the French mass make up market).

Selection from global portfolio on innovations relevant for mass distribution Define the following product and brand elements Financial:

retailer+consumer price and gross margin Sales forecast based on launch potential and distribution Communication strategy (in-store+media) Ensure the best assortment and planogram optimization:

the right product at the right place at the right price for the right consumer.

Adapt locally the global strategy across the 4P elements Develop local projects including advent calendar and partnerships with creators Act as a leader with a 360 approach:

always track the brand health and product launches with the different stakeholders ie commercial/merchandising/sales force/supply/demand/finance/global teams Track Bourjois brand and make-up market performance through IRI panel datas and sell-in analysis and share learnings/do's and don'ts vs competition with 4P approach Assist on the brand 3Y plan (estimation of gross sales/net revenues based on global innovations and local performances) WHAT YOU'LL BRING Skills Strong analytics skills:

good knowledge of excel/IRI and powerpoint Attention to details Passion for the beauty industry Teamwork spirit Solution driven mindset Flexibility and adaptability French speaker and fluent in english Qualification:

graduate from business school and +5 years experience in marketing in the beauty industry, and ideally mass market.
