Main Responsibilities We are looking for a motivated intern to join Huawei France service team who will help assisting service manager to contact Huawei partner and Huawei clients to obtain the device shipment data and do analysis of receiving and rejection between each other, process the invoice issue data from Huawei to clients, etc.
Your tasks will be as follows:
à? Weekly align with France Benelux channel customer about the pending repair device shipment data with Huaweiservice centerï¼? à? Monthly align with Huaweiservice center repair credit note creation for customerï¼? à? Submit and track for procedure of credit note applicationï¼? à? Monthly stocktaking for credited product located in service centerï¼? à? Prepare report for above task weekly and monthlyï¼? Requirements à? Be able to work under pressure and be target oriented; à? Great English, France language skills, both written and spoken; à? Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint; à? Ability to work flexibly, effectively, and efficiently in a fast-paced environment; à?
