The ideal candidate should have:

1. Previous experience as a developer in Go, Python, or Rust.


2. Experience in system programming with scripting languages like Bash and Python.


3. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production system failures.


4. A positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit.


5. Passion for continuous improvement of tooling and automation.


6. Experience with Linux systems (Ubuntu/Debian).


7. Knowledge of cloud architecture (bare-metal, VMs, containers, orchestrators).


8. Good understanding of computer networks:
   
   
   TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, IPv6, BGP, and network virtualization.


9. Proficiency in English, capable of writing technical documentation and communicating verbally if needed.


10. Experience with infrastructure as code and continuous deployment.


11. Experience with hardware automation and monitoring/logging systems.


12. Experience managing relational databases.


13. Knowledge of at least one cloud platform and related use cases.


14. Ability to take initiative and propose new solutions, defending them effectively.


15. Strong team player with good communication and coaching skills.


16. Ability to create or optimize tools and documentation for diagnosing and remediating production incidents, with automation focus.


17. Capacity to troubleshoot high-impact issues collaboratively across teams.


18. Willingness to take on-call responsibilities, mitigate issues, and ensure optimal customer support.


19. Commitment to maintaining high service quality through observability and monitoring.


20. Experience managing product lifecycle in production.


21. Assist in implementing best practices for system stability, resiliency, scalability, security, and performance.
