This role is based within EY’s EMEIA-based Digital Health Excellence Center (DHEC), focusing on improving health outcomes through innovative digital health solutions.

• Oversee and guide development teams to maintain architectural vision.


• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.


• Work with clinical and healthcare professionals to prioritize software requirements.


• Evaluate and select appropriate software development technologies, tools, and platforms.


• Design architectural blueprints and communicate requirements to stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills in English and local language; additional languages are a plus.


• Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.


• Flexibility to travel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s or certifications are advantageous.


• At least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in healthcare and mobile application development.


• Deep understanding of mobile development frameworks, architectures, and healthcare data standards (HL7/FHIR, OMOP, etc.).


• Experience with CI/CD tools and healthcare system interoperability.

• Established network in the healthcare industry and consulting experience.


• Knowledge of emerging technologies and project management frameworks like Scrum or SAFe.


• Programming skills in Java, C++, C#, Python, PHP.
