Responsibilities

• Management of sorting operations, including operational plans, sorting capacity, personnel planning, etc.


• Planning of daily and weekly operations based on parcel projections and delivery partner capacity.


• Coordination with internal teams:
  
  
  Linehaul, Delivery, Commercial, Quality, Projects, etc.


• Monitoring and control of operating costs and material consumption.


• Control of quality indicators and customer satisfaction.


• Coordination with quality team for daily and weekly monitoring of quality indicators.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a similar position.


• Fluent written and spoken English.


• Pack Office:
  
  
  Excel, Word, PowerPoint.


• Experience with WMS


• KPI management and results orientation.


• Reporting and root cause analysis.

• Operations management and multidisciplinary teams.
