The Team You'll Be Part Of

Our team is a frontrunner in wireless mobility networks and associated services, with a strong portfolio in 5G and an active role in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and Cloud RAN).


As part of our R&D unit, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge radio technology products and solutions, driving innovations in 5G and beyond.


You will be working in a collaborative environment, focusing on flawless execution of system programs, network management, and optimization services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contribute to defining next-generation product structures as part of future-forward national and international programs.


2. Help define the reference architecture for security in Radio Access Networks (Cloud RAN, SRAN).


3. Lead feasibility studies on security solutions for multi-RAT (4G / 5G / 6G) RAN elements and virtualized environments.


4. Define security requirements and review system-level test plans and documentation.


5. Collaborate with product management and serve as a technical expert in discussions with customers, delivering presentations and demos on RAN solutions.


6. Contribute to identifying future security evolutions in support of product management strategies.


7. Make informed decisions on both short-term and long-term solutions impacting product and architecture design.

Your Skills and Experience

1. A degree in telecommunications, engineering, computer science, or a related field.


2. At least 5 years of experience in telecom networks, product/system engineering, development, or network engineering.


3. Strong knowledge of security threats related to mobile networks and Linux environments, including security protocols such as IPSec, MACSec, SSH, SFTP, # and more.


4. Familiarity with PKI infrastructures, access control techniques, and protection against attacks like DoS.


5. Expertise in IPv4, IPv6, and Ethernet protocols.


6. A proactive, creative, and analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities.


7. Effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills, with experience working in international teams.


8. A customer-centric approach with experience in customer engagement.


9. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
