We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs across various departments worlwide.

This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment, as well as strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.

Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates on their status in the recruitment process.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.

Plan and ensure onboarding process for all candidates selected Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience Ensure global and detailed reporting to management and HR teams Professional Background Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3 years minimum of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, in a Tech, sales and industrial Environment Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for a variety of roles, at international level and especially for Technology position (software engineers, cybersecurity etc) Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices, including experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining compliance in all recruitment activities.

Skills & Abilities Strong networking skills to proactively engage with potential candidates, industry professionals, and recruitment networks to expand the talent pool Capacity to identify recruitment challenges and develop creative solutions to overcome them, such as addressing candidate shortages or improving candidate engagement.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail.

Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs, priorities, and market conditions, while remaining focused on achieving recruitment goals.

Ability to analyze recruitment data, metrics, and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring candidates feel valued and supported throughout the recruitment process Fluent English and French.
