Store Manager Opportunity

• As Store Manager, your core responsibilities will include:
  
  
  sales and profit management, achieving store targets through driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining well-merchandised and commercially correct store presentation, leading and developing your team, and receiving full training in ear piercing.

• A leading high street fashion retailer with over 3,000 stores globally.


• Specializes in fashionable jewelry, accessories, and cosmetics.


• Core customers range from children to young women, embracing various styles from feminine and pretty to unique and trendy.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.


• 1 to 2 years retail management experience.


• Excellent communication and organizational skills.


• Basic computer skills and understanding of mathematics.


• Strong reading comprehension and customer service skills.


• Ability to analyze sales reports and problem-solve strategically.


• Physical ability to stand during shifts, maneuver weights up to 75 lbs, and perform tasks like bending, reaching, climbing ladders.


• Ability to operate POS systems.
