We are looking for an IndustrialProjectManager , based at our Bousbecque site (20 minutes from Lille).
Reporting to the Group Project Director, you design and manage from the feasibility study to the execution and start-up different large-scale industrialprojects (from 1 to 20 million, in Biomass, Electrification, capacity increase etc.).
You follow the project excellence program (budget, schedule, performance, safety).
Main missions :
â?¢ You execute our investment excellence program locally, from decision making step to execution of major projects.
â?¢ You facilitate the implementation of initiatives based on the group's technologies, from investments to mill support, including the maintenance program.
â?¢ You contribute to the implementation of the group's sustainable development strategy as well as digital transformation projects, infrastructure, circular economy, processes, etc.
â?¢ You work closely with the mill manager to align needs and priorities based on projects, but also with the group's technological experts.
â?¢ You participate to the network of projectmanagers by exchanging best practices.
Desired profile:
With a 5 years education degree, you have more than 10 years experience in project management in heavy industry, energy or civil work sector.
Experience in international project management is essential.
Your team spirit, your â??internal customerâ? approach, your leadership, your curiosity and very good interpersonal skills will be key factors in the success of this mission.
Fluent English is required.
Very good practice of Office Package is also required.
