Formulate and implement medium - to long-term user growth strategies in alignment with the company’s overarching goals, driving continuous enhancement of critical metrics such as registration, retention, engagement, and transaction conversion.
Comprehensive User Growth Operations:
Lead the full spectrum of user growth operations, encompassing new user acquisition, user education, lifecycle management, and the design of incentive mechanisms.
Establishment of Localized Growth Frameworks:
Design and execute localized operational growth strategies tailored to the characteristics of the Chinese market, collaborating closely with regional leaders to ensure effective implementation.
Exploration and Optimization of Growth Channels:
Work collaboratively with product, marketing, data, and business development teams to identify and develop a diverse array of growth channels.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Establish and refine operational strategies based on user behavior and growth data, facilitating rapid experimentation and meticulous operations driven by analytical insights.
Team Development and Management:
Build and manage a high-performing growth operations team, fostering an agile, efficient, and results-oriented organizational culture.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, Financial Technology, or related disciplines.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in user growth or internet operations, with at least 3 years in large-scale internet, FinTech, blockchain, or Multi-Channel Network (MCN) sectors preferred.
Demonstrated experience in leading user growth initiatives from inception (0 to 1) or scaling (1 to 10).
In-depth knowledge of the Chinese market, particularly concerning user behaviors and growth strategies across various countries and regions.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive key performance indicators, growth modeling, and data analysis.
Agile thinker with robust execution capabilities, possessing excellent team management and cross-departmental communication skills.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English is a must
