SubseaPackage ManagerSERVICE DIMENSIONSThe SubseaProjectControlLead (SURF or SPS package) oversees all the contracts, planning and reporting, budget and cost control, documentation control, risk management, HR, administration, services, and logistics for the project as defined by the Package Manager.ACTIVITIESAs the ProjectControlLead of the Suriname B58 Subseapackage (SPS or SURF), the service holder shall:
Be accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE rules requirements and for implementingH3SE requirements within the scope of his/her services.Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior with regards to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy.Take under consideration knowledge of international standard and norms, Company Rules, Guide Manuals (CRs/GMs), Project Procedures, etc.
related to ProjectControls and their application to the Suriname B58 Project.Coordinate and support the ProjectControl team of the SPS packageImplement, check the implementation and respect of procedures associated to the ProjectControls activities, includingrespect of confidentiality, ethics and compliance.In charge of Subseapackage Risk management, ensure Risk register is up to date by coordinating with discipline area leaders.Lead for the Subseapackage the contracting process for all the contracts to be placed, then contractually and commercially the awarded Contracts, and liaise actively with relevant specialists for the technical management part.Lead the preparation and update of the Subseapackage budget, the control of the costs and make suggestions for costs reductionCoordinate the Subseapackage schedules including the data needed for the Project integrated schedule, monitor the progress of the activitiesIn full coordination with SubseaPackage Manager, lead specific transverse activities dedicated missions (Task Force) as relevant.Prepare and disseminate the Subseapackage reporting by monitoring the content and quality of the information issued both internally and externallyDevelop and implement a structure to facilitate Subseapackage files capitalization, set up the Subseapackage Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)Coordinate the Subseapackage HR activities and monitor the mobilization plan as per plan.Coordinate the Subseapackage logistics (offices, etc.)Contribute to the preparation of the Subseapackage Implementation Plan and the local development planConsolidate the elements of the Long-Term Plan (LTP) within the scope of the SubseapackageReport to the Subseapackage manager highlighting any area of concern regarding ProjectControl matters, ensure rigorous follow up management of Change Orders requests, Potential change orders, claims and counterclaim dossier.Perform and/or supervise the close-out of the SubseaProjectControl activities respecting Affiliate and Project proceduresLiaise actively with all Package and Line Managers and, in a general manner, with all the ProjectControl team members, for the performance of the above duties.
Liaise with ProjectControl Manager as required.Gather ‘lessons learnt’ and provide feedback to other TotalEnergies entities as required, actively contribute to Close Out ReportTECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSQualification:
Extensive experience in Oil Gas contracts writing, negotiating, and managing.Languages:

Skillful.CONTEXT ENVIRONMENTThe activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname a land of opportunity, in affiliate being created and whose challenges and scope are currently evolving with different Blocks to be explored and potentially developed.
The Suriname B58 Project is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the development studies managed by TotalEnergies on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58.The technical challenges the Project team will face are the reservoirs development optimization, the FPSO and subsea production/injection system definition and then the Project execution.The Suriname Project will be developed with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves and the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus.Note:
