WINSEARCH, a recruitment and HR support firm, is seeking a Responsable Atelier Tôlerie H/F for a growing SME in the industrial sector located in southern Loire-Atlantique, specializing in designing and manufacturing technical solutions for demanding sectors such as naval, riverine, or industrial.

Reporting to the production management, you will oversee a sheet metal workshop of 5 staff, with dual objectives:
ensuring operational performance and developing team autonomy and skills.
Responsibilities include:
implementing performance tracking and continuous improvement tools (lean, KPIs, TRS), and contributing to workshop structuring.
This is a CDI contract, 39 hours/week over 4.5 days.
Salary ranges from €30,000 to €35,000 gross annually, depending on experience, plus benefits such as profit-sharing, holiday vouchers, meal vouchers, health insurance, and provident fund.
Candidates should have technical training (BAC to BAC+2) and significant experience in industrial production, ideally in sheet metal.
Skills required include cutting, bending, profiling processes, and reading technical drawings.
Leadership or project management experience is a plus.
