Votre missionROLE:
The SupplierPerformance and SustainablepurchasingLeader oversees the supplier relationship for all topics related to Quality & Performance, Sustainability, CSR and Innovation.
Leading transformation with and within the Group, it is a strategic pilar of the category management.
OBJECTIVES:
Coordinate the SustainablePurchasing worldwide network within ColasRail Benchmark and communicate on Innovation, sustainable technology, best practices.
Be the focal point within purchasing department for the Group Colas Support transversal projects to support our group targets (tools, certification, etc) Be responsible for the supplier audit and qualification plan, with the support of the Category Leaders Consolidate the KPI of the scope for the Group.
MISSION:
Lead the transformation, strengthen the supply chain for CSR, sustainability, Quality and performance topics.
Ensure the environmental targets are reached (low carbon emissions, recycled materials, etc.) Ensure the Performance, Ethics and Compliance of our supply chain.
Promote Innovation, stimulate synergy between ColasRail and our suppliers.

Coordinate with Colas Group projects regarding supplier qualifications, assessments and audits Be responsible for the SupplierPerformance processes within ColasRail Deploy the supplier qualification plan with the support of the category leader network.
Consolidate KPI of the activity.
SustainablePurchasing:
Be the focal point for the Group coordination regarding CSR topics.
Coordinate transversally the worldwide sustainablepurchasing network.
Be responsible for the compliance to the group quality requirements.
Environmental Topics:
Be the watchtower for suppliers' initiatives regarding low carbon emissions.
Lead workshops with the group and/or suppliers Be the focal point within purchasing department for ColasRail and the group.
Consolidate the library of products and services and related impact in carbon emissions.
Consolidate KPI of the activity.
Innovations survey:
Consolidate the library of innovations to be discussed with Engineering departments.
Coordinate the Category Leaders for innovation topics.
Be the focal point for strategic supplier regarding innovation.
Votre profil Education:
Master's degree with scientific background Experience:
3-5 years, preferably in an industrial environment Significant communication skill Process oriented Change Management Continuous improvement skill is a plus (PDCA, Lean Sigma..
