Your mission, roles and responsibilities
We are looking for our next Talent & Organization Development Apprentice to join our team at the FORVIA Headquarters in Nanterre!
You will work on meaningful challenges—supporting our Talent & Organization Development Director, responsible for the Finance & Legal functions.
Your missions:
- Participate in preparing People Reviews and Cross Business Group Talent Committees
- Support coordination and follow-up of the Yearly Performance Review
- Lead projects related to our global Finance & Legal population or processes for Talent Development (e.g.,
Live Events, graduate program, organizing digital coffee breaks with EVPs, newsletters, etc.)
- Assist the Talent & Organization Development Director in driving excellence within the finance and legal functions
- Propose innovative ideas to engage teams worldwide
Your profile and competencies to succeed

- Master's degree with HR specialization
- Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
- Team spirit & international mindset
- Writing and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; additional tools are a plus
