Be Part of Something Bigger We are searching for a passionate DevOpsLead to join our DevOps team.
As the DevOpsLead you will be the Product Owner (PO) of our AWS platform.
You will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies for a highly available, secure, cost-efficient and performant infrastructure, suitable for operating satellites.
This includes ensuring a high level of security, achieving accreditation, and supporting ITAR compliant systems You will be part of the business prioritization meetings to understand the short and long term business needs.
You will develop strategies and plans for implementation in close coordination with the CTO.
Of specific focus will be the move from a pure AWS platform to a platform that can be deployed also on-premises (and in selected private clouds).
You will lead the DevOps squad through the agile ceremonies that frame our 3-week sprints.
You will support the squad technically and be hands-on in implementing solutions in a daily fashion, while always ensuring the appropriate level of quality, and keeping the long term vision.
We need a leader, not a manager.
You will help continuously improve the cloud platform, being responsible for the technical outlook following trends that might improve or impact our solution.
You will push for improvements in our internal processes and mentor your fellow DevOps engineers in how to reach even higher levels of quality.
You will also be part of the DevOps chapter, exchanging lessons learned and developing ideas for cross squad improvements.
