Job Description:
We are looking for a new Technical Executive for our clients in the Aerospace and Defense industry based in Italy.
The role's mission is to define, in collaboration with the Sales Expert
- Client Executive, the account strategy from an early stage and to lead its technical execution from lead generation & opportunity identification to successful implementation, according to the Value Engagement Framework.
This person will demonstrate to customers how to maximize the value of the Industry Solutions portfolio, helping them address their business transformation through process re-engineering.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an Executive trusted advisor for the Customer, representing the interests of 3DS.
- Develop strong leadership to influence Customer Transformation Strategy based on Industry Solution knowledge.
- Define, with the Sales Expert
- Client Executive, the customer account strategy to develop revenues by qualifying and driving new business opportunities for short and mid-term perspectives.
- Promote and apply the Value Engagement Framework for Transformation Program/project opportunities to sell the 3DEXPERIENCE platform through a value proposal, increasing deal size and securing successful go-lives.
- Ensure proper execution of Value Engagement activities and deliverables, focusing on gate reviews.
- Coordinate all technical activities to achieve business objectives and meet customer commitments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 10 years of previous Technical Account Executive experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (Italian and English fluent).
- Strong experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience in pre-sales activities and project delivery.
- Patience and understanding in customer interactions, from key users to C-Level communication.
- Relevant experience in solution domains such as PLM, CAD, 3D modeling, design, or simulation.
- Value selling experience with a consultative approach.
- Organizational skills to manage groups and related projects and programs.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and advise clients on technical possibilities.
- Knowledge of Business process modeling.
- Experience in implementing sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
