We’re hiring a Technical Account Manager for one of our clients in the network security field.
If you’re a French-speaking network security pro who loves helping clients get the absolute most out of their tech, this one’s for you.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with enterprise customers post-sale, making sure they actually use the product to its full potential.
It’s a mix of tech guidance, relationship building, and adoption strategy—with plenty of cross-functional collaboration thrown in.
What you’ll do
- Drive product adoption, usage, and client value
- Support customers through deployment & post-sales tech issues
- Act as the technical go-to—firewalls, networking, automation scripts, the lot
- Collaborate with product, R&D, and sales to make adoption stick
- Some travel to attend client on-site QBRs
What you bring
- Fluent French & excellent English
- Experience with firewalls technologies (Checkpoint, Fortinet etc.)
- Customer-facing experience—ideally in a tech advisory, CSM or TAM role
- Solid communication & project management skills
