Key Responsibilities
Project Management
• Lead overall project planning, including defining objectives, developing schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with Business Development, design teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Manage daily project operations:
monitor construction progress, quality assurance, cost control, and stakeholder coordination.
• Organize regular project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project acceptance, settlement, and final delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Budget & Facility Management
• Develop and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets for solar projects.
• Optimize cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Supervise operations and maintenance (O&M) of solar facilities.
Design & Simulation
• Conduct PV system design, shading analysis, and energy yield simulations (PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD).
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, grid codes, and client specifications.
• Perform feasibility studies and site assessments.
EPC Management
• Oversee Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Manage contractor selection, negotiations, and performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Product & Market Analysis
• Benchmark PV modules, inverters, trackers, and BOS components for performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to recommend optimal solutions.
• Evaluate vendor performance to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
Grid Integration
• Manage utility interconnection processes and regulatory compliance.
• Address interconnection challenges and optimize grid integration strategies.
R&D and Innovation
• Research and implement advanced PV technologies, energy storage, and efficiency improvements.
• Lead pilot projects (e.g.,
floating PV, bifacial modules, agrivoltaics).
• Collaborate with technology providers and academic institutions.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.

- 5 years of experience in PV project management, with a track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of photovoltaic systems, power engineering, and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• In-depth understanding of PV system components (panels, inverters, etc.).
• Practical experience with:
• PVsyst, Pvcase, Helioscope, Solargis or similar simulation tools
• AutoCAD for technical designs
• Excel for data analysis and financial modeling
• CRM systems and financial modeling platforms
• Expertise in:
• PV system design & simulation
• CAPEX/OPEX management & Facility Management (FM)
• EPC management & contracting
• Product benchmarking & market analysis
• Project planning & risk mitigation
• Grid interconnection & compliance
• R&D in solar innovations
• Familiarity with PV construction techniques and experience managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and handle project-related challenges effectively.
