Technical Team Lead – Full Stack JavaScript

Up to 75k | Hybrid – 2 days on-site near Paris

We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a team of talented developers at a fast-growing SaaS company.


This is a hybrid management and technical role, where you’ll optimise workflows, improve processes, and ensure high-quality project delivery—while staying involved in key technical decisions.

No previous engineering management experience required.


We're looking for a lead level developer looking to take on more management responsibilities!

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and support a team of 5 developers, fostering growth and autonomy


• Work closely with the Tech Lead to structure projects, plan workloads, and maintain clear priorities


• Drive agile processes and ensure seamless collaboration between tech, product, and business teams


• Contribute to development, focusing on architecture, performance, and scalability


• Maintain high code quality and oversee CI / CD processes

What We’re Looking For :

• Strong JavaScript expertise (Next.js, Nest.js) and deep software engineering knowledge


• Leadership experience with a natural ability to coach and motivate teams


• Passion for Clean Code, architecture, and best practices


• DevOps mindset:
  
  
  experience with Docker, CI / CD, monitoring, and alerting


• Agile and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
