Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and strategic individual for the role of AssociateDirector,FieldBusinessLead.
This role involves developing and executing local brand plans and tactical plans with a focus on managing selected products.
As a field-based expert, you will be the primary customer-facing representative responsible for sales performance in France.
You will also serve as the primary interface with the Global Rare Marketing team, ensuring excellent alignment and communication from France to the Global team.
Responsibilities For this role you will, lead in building local strategic brand plans and tactical plans.
Manage the implementation of local tactical plans.
Develop account plans in line with Global Rare strategy.
Perform detailed analysis of the assigned territory to identify and develop relevant centers for diagnosis and treatment.
Build sustainable relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
Represent the company at local and national events and congresses.
Coordinate local sales training activities.
Track agreed KPIs to allow early course correction and ensure execution of key tactics.
Provide high-quality input to local market access activities.
Contribute to the development of the European strategic plan and annual tactical plans.
Develop and implement innovative, multichannel marketing strategies and tactics.
Key Requirements Experience in brand management, key account management, and sales management.
Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, specifically key account management.
Knowledge of specialty care commercialization in France, particularly in the rare disease space.
Fluency in French, ideally also English.
Strong business and financial acumen.
Ability to travel within a territory on a regular basis.
Experience with CRM tools (Veeva experience preferable).
Certified to promote medicinal products per the national code of practice standard in France.
