We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Manager to lead User Acceptance Testing for a major program of work at a global leader in hygiene and pest control services.


This role will be pivotal in ensuring new business-critical systems meet user expectations and are fit for deployment.

You will be responsible for end-to-end UAT planning, coordination, execution, and stakeholder engagement across various business units and IT teams.

1. Define and manage the UAT strategy, approach, and timeline for new systems or upgrades.


2. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and project teams to align on acceptance criteria.


3. Identify and onboard appropriate UAT participants from the business (end users, SMEs).


4. Ensure UAT test cases are clearly derived from business requirements and reflect real-world use cases.


5. Coordinate UAT environment readiness, including data setup and access control.


6. Monitor UAT execution, track test progress, and manage defect triage and resolution in collaboration with development teams.


7. Facilitate daily stand-ups or test clinics during UAT phases to resolve blockers.

• Proven experience as a UAT Test Manager in enterprise-level programs.


• Strong understanding of User Acceptance Testing principles, planning, and execution.


• Experience working in agile, waterfall, or hybrid project environments.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to work with both technical teams and non-technical business users.


• Proficiency with test and defect management tools (e.g.,
  JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, Azure DevOps).


• Strong organizational and reporting capabilities.


• Experience with global rollouts or multi-region UAT programs is a plus.


• Background in service-based industries (e.g.,
  logistics, field services, facilities management) is desirable but not essential.
