About the Role
The TherapyAwareness Representative is responsible for the development and adoption of WATCHMAN (WATCHMAN FLX :
Left Atrial Appendage Closure Device :
Boston Scientific), our new generation left atrial appendage closure (LAAC) device, within an assigned market.
This position will lead the design and execution of a therapyawareness plan aligned with the strategic priorities of the Boston Scientific Watchman division, focusing on activating referral networks.
The role will directly impact sales objectives and success by fostering strong partnerships with both the WM leadership team and the local sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:

Account and Stakeholder Management:
Identify key accounts, healthcare professionals, and business issues that impact the use of company products.
Engage with existing and potential customers to assess clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care, and determine how our therapies can provide comprehensive solutions.

Referral Network Development:
Map and prioritize key referral networks for the WATCHMANtherapy, targeting Electrophysiologists, Gastroenterologists, Nephrologists, Neurologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and Primary Care Physicians to drive patient referrals.

Education and Training:
Educate stakeholders involved in patient identification and referral on the value of WATCHMAN therapies.
Provide ongoing training to increase patient treatment numbers and ensure clinical success.

Relationship Building and Enhancement:
Strengthen relationships through therapyawareness activities, customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, procedural observation, and trade show participation.
Resolve issues promptly to maintain strong partnerships.

Hospital Engagement:
Build and enhance relationships with administrative personnel in hospitals by attending meetings, conferences, and discussions.
Understand hospital dynamics and identify key decision:
makers.

Sales Analysis and Action Plans:
Develop and implement action plans based on quarterly and monthly sales reports.
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager, Account Manager, and Clinical Sales Rep to address account:
specific needs and drive progress towards sales goals.

Field Engagement:
Meet regularly with potential referral networks in the field to understand their needs and demonstrate how company products can support their goals.

Sales Team Collaboration:
Work closely with local sales teams to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders in target accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
What are we looking for in you:
:
2 to 4 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
:
Experience in EMEA roles and a strong understanding of the healthcare systems in markets such as Germany, France, UK, Italy, and Spain.
:
Additional experience in MedTech (Sales, Business Development, Market Access, or Health Economics) is desirable.

Possessing strong conceptual, practical, and technical knowledge, with the ability this expertise across various situations and achieve business objectives by collaborating with cross:
functional teams.

Understanding key business drivers within the industry and integrating these insights with related teams to drive efficiency and impact organizational goals.
