2303367France-lle de France-ColombesLocation Type - Hybrid For our dynamic and fast-growing EMEA TotalRewards Team, to be based in France (Colombes), we are currently looking for aTOTALREWARDSMANAGER This position will oversee global compensation and benefit strategies and design to ensure that company's policies are meeting the needs of the organization.The job will require outstanding analytical and communication skills to drive change and quality in the execution of all of NewellBrands' compensation and benefit programs.
This position will report into the Senior Director, EMEA & APAC TotalRewards.
It is essential that this individual be a content expert on issues pertaining to compensation pay structures, benefits, benchmarking and TR project managementAmong the others, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Be the change agent and focal point regarding to TotalRewards offerings and partner with our business and HR who are in the newly set up go-to-market clusterDevelop and implement base, variable and equity compensation programs at every level of the organizationDevelop and implement totalrewards programs as well as key initiatives that will drive long-term results, talent acquisition, and retentionDevelop and drive effective, creative, and informed totalrewards services and training to our Business Units, HR counterparts and internal customersWork with international business segments and corporate totalrewards team to ensure consistent global compensation and benefit programs are uniformly administeredDemonstrate strong and easily references capabilities to influence decision makers and build relationships at all levels of the organizationManage the annual incentive programs for management and salesProvide input and expertise into benefit programs including long term retirement/pension plans and insured benefitsTeam up with our totalrewards counterparts in EMEA and APAC to take up various workstreams on totalrewards streams for the entire regionStrong ability to communicate with top executives and be a subject matter expertBe able to think out of the box on processes that will help the organization and team in achievingefficiency and effectiveness at workQualifications Bachelor's degree required with MBA or advanced degree desirableCandidate should have a minimum of 7 years experience in human resource roles with an emphasis on compensation design and executionWith hands-on and practical experience in job evaluation with regards to the Mercer or the WTW job leveling systemsPossess expert-level skills with Excel, and be comfortable with compensation and financial modelingStrong preference with sales bonus/commission backgroundMust have impeccable language skills, written and verbal, and possess the ability to articulate and distill complex compensation issues # NewellBrands ColombesÎle-de-France Expérience souhaitée
