Position Summary:


The Transformation Director will play a key role in driving and managing the Group's strategic transformation initiatives.


This individual will lead cross-functional projects, manage change processes, and ensure the successful execution of transformation goals.


This role requires a strong background in project management, leadership, and business transformation, with a focus on operational efficiency and organizational change.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with key directors to define the strategic transformation objectives of the Group.


2. Lead transformation projects, including preliminary quantification of challenges, constraints, timelines, required resources, and validation of roadmaps.


3. Facilitate change by providing necessary tools and methodologies (both internal and external) to project teams.


4. Challenge and manage the progress of transformation projects, ensuring technical advancement, results measurement, risk identification, and proposing corrective actions when necessary.


5. Ensure cross-functional collaboration between various departments and entities within the Group.


6. Provide operational and financial progress reports to Group management.


7. Ensure that financial transformation goals are met in collaboration with the Finance Department.


8. Identify major bottlenecks, act as the first level of decision-making for transformation projects, and present proposals for arbitration to the CEO when necessary.


9. Foster a culture of change within the organization.

Qualifications:

1. 1
   
   - 15 years of experience in transformation project management.


2. Significant experience in team management.


3. Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives and managing projects.


4. Transformation management, from strategic vision to operational deployment.


5. Business plan development and monitoring.


6. Broad knowledge of business transformation, from business strategy to operations.


7. Proficient in professional English and French (reading, writing, and speaking).
