HRIT People are working with a global technology leader that operates across 40+ countries, serving as a digital solutions pioneer connecting businesses, employees, and merchants worldwide.

Our client is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Expert to join their HRIS team reporting to Group HR.


This specialist will primarily focus on the Workday Absence Management module, supporting the organization's 10,000+ global employees.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Workday, with specific expertise in the Absence Management module


• Strong understanding of absence management processes, including leave types, accruals, and compliance requirements


• Proven experience configuring and optimizing Workday modules in a multinational environment operating across multiple countries


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions


• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal


• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders


• Experience managing complex HRIS implementation projects from inception to completion


• Proficiency in Workday reporting and analytics capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Workday Absence Management module for new entities


• Manage project planning, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables


• Support the HRIS Manager on complex project management and resource planning


• Manage Workday release periods for the Absence Management module


• Assess new features and functionality relevant to the role's scope


• Propose and implement optimization initiatives to improve user experience


• Develop and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset
