What will you be doing? Liaising with clients:
raising helpdesk tickets Answering he phone and responding to emails Completing first linesupport tickets Escalating issues where necessary Growing, developing and upskilling your knowledge every single day What we need from you? At least 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support position A genuine passion for IT and excelling your career Office 365 experience Widows servers Active Directory LAN/WAN Any Citrix or virtualisation Benefits:
