As a 2nd Linesupportengineer you will be a crucial part of the ongoing support for some of the companies most important customers ensuring their issues are fixed in a timely manor and with a customer service smile.
You'll work on their ticketing system picking up any support issues that come in, investigating, and fixing where possible.
Key Skills:
Effective logging & handling of incident & service requests that are received from customers Prior experience of day-to-day IT support for customers and employees Strong ability to prioritise work and escalate where necessary Experience working in a service desk role in a 1st and/or 2nd line capacity Some form of networking qualification, E.G.
CompTIA A+, CCNA, CCNP … Some form of IT apprenticeship or qualification As a 2nd Linesupportengineer you will receive a comprehensive benefits package including:
