Leading Venture Capital firm is looking for CorporateAccountant to join their London team on a 6mth day rate contract.
The role will report to the Financial Controller and will be a very hands-on and busy role focused on Group Finance.
Core responsibilities:
? Manage month-end close? Prepare monthly consolidated group management accounts? Oversight of accounting for group entities, coordinating with fund administrators ? Support on statutory audit? Assist with compliance and regulatory reporting submissions? Review of UK & LUX VAT returns ? Review of P11Ds This is a very hands-on role and whilst experience in Financial Services would be advantageous it is by no means essential due to the focus of the work being on consolidating management accounts and group accounting.
