We all share one home, our planet – and the responsibility to preserve it.In your new role…Miele Professional is in an exciting growth phase and the Professional back office, you will be working more closely and collaboratively across all of Professional sales, marketing, service and the rest of the business.
This collaborative approach allows the role to be very diverse with touch points and development across all of Professional.Your new role will be to facilitate the planning and scheduling of engineer’s workloads, liaising with partners to schedule work along with utilisation on multiple customer and end user platforms.You will be IT literate and have an understanding of CRM systems, with the ability to take detailed case information from both online portals and emails or via the telephone, ensure that issues are logged, and then deploy to the relevant engineer.
This is a task that will involve a level technical and geographical understanding to ensure that the relevant technician is selected and to ensure that the task is seen through to completion.Your customer service interactions will have the customer at the heart of what you do so that we are always fulfilling our commitment to them.
In addition, you will be involved in regular customer interactions to maintain relationships that may relate to annual servicing, contract renewals and invoicing along with supporting your customer with other enquires and assisting colleagues in other areas of the Professional Back office.About you..

Training will be given on the technical aspects of the role, we would ask that you are IT literate with experience of scheduling or coordinating administrative support to multiple projects or programmes with examples of managing internal and external service providers or stakeholdersYour written and verbal communication skills gained through your previous coordination roles will ensure that you are confident to challenge when necessary and build rapport and trust to drive credibility and confidence to our customers.You will be considered in your approach, thinking outside the box and have a strong work ethic.We love to see people who can demonstrate the passion and pride that matches the premium nature of our brandWhat to expect from us:
