The Role This role involves a range of responsibilities such as resolving Incident, Problem, and Service request tickets within agreed SLAs, supporting the team to meet Service Level Targets, and maintaining a knowledge base of past issues encountered.
Working closely with other IT functions, performing basic operations related to system administration of the application, and querying the application databases are also part of the job.
