ParisHouse, owned and run by Executive Chef Phil Fanning & his wife Claire, is an award winning, 3 AA Rosette, Michelin recommended restaurant set in 22 acres of deer park on the Woburn Estate in Bedfordshire.
Modern British tasting menus take guests on a memorable culinary journey with food inspired by natural flavour combinations and seasonality.
The wine program is driven by a passion for fine wine and exciting food pairings.
The front of house team deliver a highly professional level of service with knowledge, warmth and hospitality at the core.

We expect you to support and develop the team, taking pride in passing on knowledge and sharing creative ideas about improving the customer experience.
Internally facing, youll be responsible for smooth day-to-day operations, assisting the RestaurantManager and ensuring continuity of service in his absence.
As AssistantRestaurantManager you will be expected to:
Deputise for the RestaurantManager wherever necessary Work effectively with the Management Team to ensure the operation runs smoothly Ensure all guests receive the highest levels of service Lead the team by example; adopting a hands-on, can do, nothing-is-too-much approach Effectively manage the Front of House team ensuring the team are fully trained and follow all policies and procedures Support the reservations team in customer liaison via email and telephone The ideal candidate will:
Have previous supervisory waiting experience within a quality, restaurant environment with some fine dining experience desirable Have a passion for high quality food and delivering the highest levels of service Be a clear and concise communicator, fluent in writing and speaking English Have the ability to multi-task effectively Have the ability to motivate a team and create a strong teamwork ethic Some wine knowledge and interest in wine This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high energy team who pride themselves in delivering a fantastic guest experience in an engaging, upbeat and friendly way.

Work with the team on our research and development agendas, including training, mentoring, skills development and enhancing menu knowledge Thursday to Saturday lunch and dinner service Sunday - lunch service Sunday & Wednesday evenings and all day on Mondays and Tuesdays are your own.
Location Due to our beautiful rural location in Woburn, Bedfordshire, you will need your own transport.
Public transport is not an option.
