You will be dedicated to keeping customers happy, take pride in your work, have a proven record of managing a team to success, have an enthusiastic attitude and a driving ambition to be the best at whatever you do. After a 12 week induction, you can expect to be trusted with real responsibility, working within a team of people that will give you the support to give our customers what they need, when they need it.

To be successful in this position you will need retail/wholesale experience, not necessarily from a food background.
You will be familiar with operational procedures, able to demonstrate success and not be afraid to get stuck in.
