A Michelin starred Korean restaurant located in London, specialising in contemporary Korean cuisine with an emphasis on locally-sourced ingredients are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to join their team.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that all guests receive the best possible service and dining experience.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.

About the Role:

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.

You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

You will also play a key role in driving sales and profitability, and developing the skills and capabilities of the restaurant team.

Essential Skills:

Having a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and the ability to consistently provide exceptional service.

Excellent communication and leadership skills Proven ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with colleagues Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure Passion for food and drink, with a desire to learn and develop your skills and knowledge Desirable Skills:

Passion for Asian and European cuisine Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene regulations Benefits:
