*Circa £55,000 (+ additional benefits) Are you working within a PMO background and looking for progression? Pontoon Solutions are currently in the market for an Assistant PMO Manager on behalf of one of our high-profile banking clients.

About the role:

This role sits within the Colleague Channels Platform team in Consumer Relationships, which consists of customer focused programmes and labs delivering across the Customer Channels business.

This is an embedded role specifically providing the full end to end PMO service to the platform and programmes.

As an Assistant PMO Manager you'll work within a team of 10, responsible for delivering this service for the delivery team.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

RAiD Management:

use established project methodologies monitor risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, ensuring the right level of quality is achieved and escalating as appropriate to overcome delays, difficulties or cost over-runs.

Governance, Compliance and oversight for Projects/ Initiatives being delivered, ensuring that the correct material and information is captured to move through to delivery.

Status Reporting
- review and QA ensuring the right level of quality is achieved.

Secretariat for key meetings.

You'll play a key role in producing reports, returns and Management Information to the leadership team.

A solid understanding of the Change policies and procedures, and project governance and CMT compliance Excellent written and verbal communication with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to produce storytelling collateral Able to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues, take ownership to break down barriers and share successes, lessons and feedback Proactively seek opportunities for improving what we do as a team, as well as themselves Knowledge and experience of MSP/planning desirable Together we make it possible!
