We are currently looking to recruit for an experienced AssistantRestaurantManager.
As AssistantRestaurantManager you will support the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver outstanding levels of food and beverage service across the main restaurant which has 40 covers, a private dining room + cocktail bar The Place A luxury 5 AA red star hotel nestled within 50 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and parkland, the hotel has over 40 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, 1 holding a Michelin star the other 2AA rosettes as well as a busy terrace and lounge bar and exceptional conference facilities.

Smart appearance Excellent communication skills with a passion for guest service Technical food and beverage knowledge to offer the required service and ability to develop the rest of the team.
Supervisory experience within a top-quality food service hotel/restaurant required (2 Rosette standard) Ability to manage and motivate a team of waiters/esses & bar staff to ensure excellence.
Must have your own transport due to semi - rural location.
All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
