Have previous experience at a two rosette level minimum and would work proactively to instil these standards in line with the company ethos show flair and hunger to make their mark on a dynamic, exciting operation Who We Are Hencote is a family-owned, destination Vineyard Estate located outside of Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
Since opening in 2018, Hencote has become the most highly decorated English red wine producer at the International Wine Challenge and is looking to establish our restaurant, the View, as one of the West Midlands foremost dining experiences.
The Estate Hencote is a 60-acre Estate comprising our award-winning vineyard and winery, restaurant, luxury holiday home and glamping village of 10 safari lodges.
The View Restaurant The View restaurant is a breath-taking, open plan restaurant with show kitchen, bar, lounge and outdoor dining space overlooking the Hencote Vineyard and surrounding Shrewsbury and Shropshire countryside.
With a vibrant, industrial-chic décor, we serve modern, European cuisine with global influences, from an ever-changing, seasonal menu sourced from local and regional produce.
Open from breakfast through to dinner on weekends and up to 7 days a week during the summer, the restaurant also provides a popular destination for exclusive weddings, private and corporate events.
The restaurant comprises a total of 130 covers across the interior dining space (65 covers) and the outdoor balcony (65 covers).
There is a further capacity of 26 in our bar area and 26 in the lounge.
