International environment About the role:

As an Associate Consultant, you will help our Technology experts Build, expand, and nourish the UK, Netherlands, and Belgium Market, you will supervise the whole recruitment process that involves account management, business development, and building great relationships with clients and candidates.

You will be supported by the team based all over the world.

We are looking for driven people who have:

You will Identify suitable candidates via market mapping, networking & research.

Take ownership of the initial engagement and contact with target candidates.

Write adverts.

Call both candidates and clients to develop business opportunities.

Populate our database with qualified market intelligence.

Diarise calls and interviews.

Working hours Monday to Friday (8:

- 6:
