We are seeking 3 x experienced BuildingSurveyors with contract administration experience to work on a permanent employed basis, with capacity to take on 1 x Building Surveyor / 1 x SeniorBuilding Surveyor / 1 x CharteredSeniorBuilding Surveyor Based remotely but able to reach a locally based office to liaise with colleagues for monthly meetings, this role is a busy and varied position focused primarily on residential and commercial buildings and will entail contract administration work, requiring strong CDM regulations skills and a proficiency for working on Insurance related projects.
Chartered status (MRICS or MCIOB) would be advantageous for the senior role but is not essential, and previous UK based experience as a Building Surveyor is an essential requirement for all 3 positions, as is a strong demonstrable understanding of up to date CDM regulations and a proficiency for contract administration.
You should have experience and working knowledge of engineering, surveying and the architectural and planning practices and procedures for UK buildings, as well as strong skills and demonstrable experience in contract administration.
