Meetings Centre of Excellence Data Quality, Travel and Congress Administrator The UK Commercial Meetings CoE is looking to fill a role managing administrative tasks to support the overall meeting and rebate process.
The Meetings CoE supports several areas relating to external engagement and rebates.
With responsibility for the systems and processes around these.
The team partners with the Commercial and Medical teams to deliver.
This includes upholding high governance standards and integrating the power of digital technologies into our way of working to continually evolve our processes.
The role requires someone that is used to managing high volume of administrative tasks, ensuring the accuracy of data.
It is expected that the person will be able to act autonomously and be highly accountable for delivery of their tasks.
Use of Microsoft systems is a must and confidence using excel is required.
The key systems and software used are:
Customer Investment Management System (CIMS) - for rebate management - prior knowledge of this system is not essential Veeva Events Management (VEM) - for meetings administration - prior knowledge of this system is not essential Microsoft - specifically excel Adobe - for invoice management Key Responsibilities Data quality:
Complete data quality checks to ensure that customer data is maintained accurately in CIMS Support UK Systems lead with maintaining the data in CIMS Manage contract validation in CIMS Travel management Manage travel requests relating to external expert engagement Liaise with business owner to agree needs Initiate requests with travel booking team Manage tracker of travel Reconcile travel spend and prepare file to redistribute costs to business owner area Congress administrative support Manage data relating to congress registrations Validate data and advise business owner of discrepancies Broader team responsibilities Provide support to the wider team as required.
Work with the team to review processes, streamline and automate.
Support the broader team to oversee other processes and operations as needed.
