This is a great opportunity to lead their international expansion through an acquisition and integration-focused growth strategy, and lead wider operational responsibilities beyond finance.
Professionalising the post-carve-out finance function, you will prepare comprehensive and insightful performance analysis, forecasts, and reports, take full accountability for cash flow, and report to debt providers, including covenant compliance.
The CFO will take ownership of larger operational duties, including IT, payroll, procurement, and property management responsibilities.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and work ethic are key to cultivating a fast-paced culture that is driven by growth and profitability, while also fostering robust relationships with the board, PE firm, and debt providers.

The ideal candidate:
