Are you a Chef de partie, with pastry experience, looking for a great opportunity with a leading global player in the catering industry? We are currently looking for a Chef de partie for our education catering site based in Guildford.

Permanent Key Responsibilities of the role include:
Provide a friendly catering service, performing a variety of manual tasks associated with food production and service in the school Preparation, cooking and presentation of food to agreed standards.
Help with preparation of food items and maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen Work alongside the kitchen team Required skills include:
A good understanding of produce and ingredients Experience in the kitchen and passion for hospitality Basic knowledge of food production methods Embrace new ideas and processes Positive and approachable manner Benefits:
