Cedar are supporting a Public Sector organisation who are looking to recruit a CategoryManager for their ICT & Digitalcategory.
This is a permanent role with a salary range of £30,000 up to £40,000 per annum on offer plus additional benefits.
This role will be home based permanently but will require 1 day per month on-site at the clients offices in the North West when required.
The CategoryManager/s will report into the Principal CategoryManager and support the delivery of a portfolio of projects within the ICT & Digitalcategory.
As you develop in the role you will take a lead on projects assigned and become a subject matter expert in Public Sector Procurement and in the ICT & Digitalcategory.
You will work to help ensure projects are delivered on time and to the organisations expectations and ensure value for money is consistently achieved along with contractual compliance with Public Sector Procurement regulations.
Candidates applying MUST HAVE:
CIPS qualified or working towards would be advantageous (the organisation will support/fund you with obtaining/furthering CIPS where required) Experience in a similar position in the UK Public Sector is required (i.e.
