Salary - £ per hour based on an average of 50 hours per week Working 7 shifts per week Location - Central London About Stunning independent boutique 5 star Hotel Separate restaurant entrance, stunning courtyard terrace, bar snacks and small events Exporting the bold flavours of South American cuisine 70 covers for dinner Focus on sharing plates Team of 10-12 chefs You Current and stable background as chef de partie working in min 2AA rosette restaurants Passion or knowledge of cooking South American cuisine A true desire towards producing fresh, authentic and beautifully presented dishes that will amaze the guests.
Someone who is fanatical about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food they prepare.
Assist in the smooth running of sections in the kitchen and will help promote a professional, hospitable and friendly working environment.
