Salary - £30,000 Plus tronc averaging 500pm Hours - 48 hours per week, 7 shifts - 3 earlies 8-6pm and 2 doubles-10-10pm The restaurant is based on a luxury retail park in Surrey.
The kitchen operates a 7-day shift, whilst the restaurant is open to the public for 7 days and 4 evenings a week.
They are a small, experienced, and committed team producing modern, classically inspired dishes based entirely around local, seasonal, produce that showcases everything Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire has to offer The Chef De Partie:
Stable background in leading hotels or quality fresh food restaurants Ability to run sections as required Team player with a brigade of 8 chefs plus the executive chef Assist with the preparation of daily/weekly orders for food and kitchen supplies adhering to stock control procedures Ensure compliance with in-house HACCP and food hygiene, health, and safety systems to ensure compliance Self-motivated and proactive Enthusiastic and willing to learn Innovative, passionate, and always learning Able to multi-task Able to work efficiently under pressure Have great time management skills Be committed to deliver and maintain excellent quality standards Willing to follow instruction Able to demonstrate first class planning, team working and communication skills You must be eligible to live and work in the UK for this position Does this sound like you?
