Locally sourced food cooked and presented to a high level.
Thepub seats 75 covers inside as well as offering outside eating for a further 50 covers in summer months.
Lookingto speak to experienced Chef de Parties with fresh food background ideally rosetteChef de Partie The Role You will play a major part in creating a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce.
Sourcing of produce and training the brigade to deliver a consistent high level of service.
You will also deputise in absence of the Sous ChefChef de Partie Experience We are looking for Chef de Parties with a passion for food already used to delivering a rosette level experience.
You will ideally have worked in a similar Gastro Pub environment and be used to working with local produce.
