In this role you will be responsible for your own section and your creativity will be encouraged.

Our menu will be a constantly evolving menu that moves with the ingredients coming in and out through the seasons.

We believe in fresh, high quality produce and sustainability.

Responsibilities Prepare dishes in accordance to your Head Chefs guidance and menu specifications.

Ensure high standards of plate presentation.

Supervise the correct set-up of each item on the menu and ensures their readiness Store unused food properly according to Health and Safety guidelines.

Follow proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices, following the principles of HACCP.

Know how to follow applicable laws regarding food safety and sanitation.

Be available to work on various shift patterns including occasional weekends.

Foresee, support and assist with training for all team members both statutory and voluntary.

Participate in cross/multi-skilled training within your department or other departments as deemed appropriate by your manager.

Be responsible for identifying own training needs and communicating them to your manager.

Maintain high levels of housekeeping in your department.

From time to time you may be required to carry out duties outside the normal sphere of work as may be reasonably requested by Management.

Experience required Passionate about food, good organisation and communication skills, well spoken, with a pleasant outgoing personality.

Must be able to work well under pressure and have an eye for detail.
