We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team at this luxury hotel in Jersey.
As Chef De Partie you will run your own section, supporting the team and Head Chef.

Experience as a Demi or Chef De Partie in a fine dining environment 3/4 AA Rosette experience essential versatile to manage all sections Impeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding service Available for a first stage SKYPE/ZOOM All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
