You will be creative, innovative and responsible for your own section and keep all standards throughout the kitchen high.
Using fresh produce with a seasonal changing menu and an emphasis on local produce.
To serve and prepare food that should be served promptly and presented professionally.
Previous Chef De Partie experience is required in Banqueting & Restaurants.
This is a Full-Time position working five days out of seven, including weekends, and occasional evenings on a 40-hour contract per week.
This role also provides Live In Accommodation.
