Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliancearound food safety and allergen complianceeach shift.
Be a skilled multitasker An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered Then we would like to hear from you!
