£32,385 + Overtime pay A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a corporate site in Canary Wharf, This is a Monday to Friday role with a 40 hour contract worked over 4 days.
You will work a mix of day shifts and evenings in a FineDining kitchen, The salary is at £15.57 per hour and you have the opportunity to pick up lots of overtime if you want as well.
Working in a team of around 7/8 chefs and producing very high quality food to a FineDining Standard.
You will be given the opportunity to help design dishes and give menu suggestions.
You will help produce around 40-50 covers for breakfast service, around 90-120 for lunch service and around 120-130 for dinner service and your working hours will be covering all service times.
The Chef de Partie will need to be hard working and wanting to develop and grow in their career.
You will have every opportunity to progress and step in to senior roles in the future should you be hard working and show enthusiasm.
The Chef de Partie will be cooking using the best ingredients and have access to a fully equipped kitchen working under a very encouraging and engaging Head Chef, We are looking for chefs from either a Contract Catering environment who have worked in FineDining or Restaurant / Hotel Chefs who have cooked ta Michelin or Rosette level who are wanting a better work / life balance with every weekend off!
